Sham Lal alias Nonu was arrested last night for stabbing his aunt Pushpa Devi with a sword in Bhaktha village in Katra belt on September 15, police said.
Devi was rushed to hospital by passersby, but she was declared brought dead, they said.
Lal committed the act out of revenge as he suspected she had committed witchcraft on his mother, who expired in January after a brief illness, they said.
The accused was arrested last night after registration of a case, they said.
