According to a complaint filed by the 16-year-old victim's father, the girl, who used to work in an insurance company, was abducted by Sandeep Singh while she had gone to pay obeisance at Gurdwara Dukhniwaran Sahib on January 1, they said.
A case has been registered against the accused while the further probes are on, police added.
