Youth found dead, body bears injury marks

A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Bhajanpura area of North East Delhi here today.
The deceased was identified as Faizal (25), a resident of Vijay Park area, police said adding his body bore multiple injury marks.
"He lived here alone while his family lives in Ghaziabad area. We received a PCR call about an injured youth. When a police team reached the spot, Faizal was found lying in a pool of blood. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead," said a senior police official.
He was living at the ground floor of a building whose other two floors were rented out to other people.

Police have recovered a liquor bottle and a few medicine strips from the spot, police said.
"We are waiting for the autopsy report of the deceased to ascertain the cause of his death. We are investigating the case from all possible angles," the official said.
