Manjay Kumar, who hails from Bihar, was found dead at his rented accommodation this morning, Station House Officer, Kathua, Rajesh Gautam, said.
Kumar was staying with his brother and was working in a local industry in the district, he said, adding his body has been handed over to his family after the postmortem.
The matter was being probed, he said.
