The youth, who worked as a watchman inside a residential complex in Lokpuram area here, yesterday sexually abused a dog, following which a complaint was by lodged by a animal activists organisation 'PAL', K G Gavit, Senior Police Inspector of Vartak Nagar police station said.
He was held yesterday itself and a case under section 377 (unnatural offences) of IPC was registered in this connection, he added.
