Youth kills mother over dispute

A 55-year-old woman died after she was allegedly attacked with a brick by her son over a family dispute at Arjun Colony here today, police said.
The accused Subhash Sawant (30) was arrested, City Superintendent of Police (CSP) Vikram Singh said.
"Subhash had an altercation with his mother over some family issues and he in the fit of rage hit her with a brick on the head. She was immediately taken to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries within an hour," he said.
Further investigation into the case is on.
