In a suspected road rage case a youth was shot dead by a bank manager in Naoremthong area here, police said Wednesday.
The youth had a heated argument with the bank manager identified as Chabungbam Buddhachandra (56) over movement of their vehicles on Tuesday night.
During the argument Buddhachandra took out his licenced gun and shot the youth dead on Tuesday night, the police said.
The police arrested Buddhachandra Wednesday after a case was registered at Lamphel police station, they added.
