MUMBAI (Reuters) - India's core wholesale price index in April was estimated to have risen 2.77 percent from a year earlier, showing inflation has eased from the annual 3.5 percent rate in March, according to a Reuters snap survey of three analysts and traders on Tuesday.
Data earlier showed the broader wholesale price index rose 4.89 percent last month, well below market expectations of 5.50 percent.
