CHICAGO (Reuters) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc's is selling its 119-store Suburbia clothing chain in Mexico to El Puerto De Liverpool for about $852 million, a company source with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
In January, the retailer said it was looking to sell Suburbia, which operates department stores, without giving a timeframe on when it expected to finish the sale.
