MILAN (Reuters) - Gail India has launched a tender to buy six liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes for delivery in 2017, according to trade sources.
The supply is to be purchased based on a link to Brent crude oil prices, one of the sources said.
Price-sensitive Indian importers have taken advantage of relatively low LNG prices to bolster purchases and provide additional supply to gas-starved domestic industries.
