(Reuters) - Icelandair has agreed to cancel its acquisition of WOW air, as it believes the conditions related to its all-share deal are unlikely to be met before its shareholder meeting on Nov. 30, the company said on Thursday.
"It was clear at the outset that it was an ambitious task to complete all the conditions of the share purchase agreement in this short period," Wow's Chief Executive Skúli Mogensen said.
