NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's industrial output unexpectedly shrank 0.8 percent in April from a year earlier, its first contraction in three months, government data showed on Friday.
Economists surveyed by Reuters had forecast a 0.5 percent growth in output compared with a revised 0.3 percent year-on-year rise in March.
