(Reuters) - Johnson & Johnson said on Tuesday that its Chief Financial Officer Dominic Caruso would retire in September after nearly 12 years in the role, and named Joseph Wolk as his replacement.
Wolk, who is vice president of the company's investor relations, was previously the CFO of the company's Janssen Pharmaceutical Co unit, according to a statement.
