NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Steel Authority of India Ltd , the country's largest domestic steel producer, expects sales from exports to double to about 25 billion rupees this fiscal year, Chairman C. S. Verma told reporters on Wednesday.
The state-owned steelmaker is in the process of raising steel capacity to 17 million tonnes by March 2014, and plans to spend 120 billion rupees on the on-going expansion projects during the current fiscal year.
