Reuters Market Eye - The BSE Sensex and Nifty edged lower on Monday as Asian equities fell on global growth concerns and overseas investors sold local shares.
The BSE Sensex and Nifty were down 0.05 percent at 10:36 a.m.
Overseas investors sold shares worth 2.21 billion rupees on Tuesday, according to NSE data.
Asian shares fell on global growth concerns and as political uncertainty in Greece prompted a flight to safety.
Among blue-chips, ITC was down 1.07 percent while Sun Pharmaceutical Industries fell 1.79 percent.
Tata Motors fell 0.27 percent after unit Jaguar Land Rover recalled about 7,000 sports cars in the U.S.
