MUMBAI (Reuters) - The Nifty slumped 2 percent on Monday, marking its biggest daily fall since September 3 as a rout in emerging markets hit blue chips, while lenders were hit further by caution ahead of the RBI's policy review. The Sensex also fell 2 percent.
ICICI Bank fell 4.6 percent, while HDFC Bank lost 3.6 percent. Tata Motors slumps 6 percent, while DLF down 8.8 percent.
