Satyam Computer Services yesterday launched an organisation-wide transformation programme named customer-oriented global organisation (Cogo) initiative.
As part of the initiative, all employees of Satyam, technical and non-technical, would attend a transformation training programme, in a phased manner, in the next two months.
The training programme, with modules of different durations aimed at various leadership levels, will be conducted at all Satyam locations across India. The program will cover areas such as:

* Shifts in management patterns of technology firms;
* Customer-centeredness, relevance and an agenda to make it an organisational focus; and,
