The wholesale debt market (WDM) at the National Stock Exchange witnessed dull trading yesterday with only 25 trades and volume of Rs 96.93 crore recorded. "There was no buying interest among traders and thus security prices did not see any movement," said a trader.
The WDM had witnessed dull trading last week and bankers feel trading interest will continue to be on the lower side this week as well.

The day saw only one trade in the treasury bill segment worth Rs 5 crore while one trade was witnessed in the bonds of Krishna Bhagajal worth Rs 20 lakh.
The 11.55 per cent government loan maturing in 2001 saw four trades accounting for a volume of Rs 20 crore. The paper was traded at a weighted average yield of 11.50 per cent, at a low of Rs 100 and a high of Rs 100.01.
The 12.25 per cent government loan maturing in 2008 saw five trades of which four trades were in the odd lot segment.
In regular lot, only one trade was concluded for Rs 10 crore and at a yield of 12.26 per cent. The odd lot segment saw a volume of Rs 17 lakh and at a weighted average yield of 12.16 per cent.
