The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will discuss the betting charges against Rajasthan Royals co-owner Raj Kundra in its next working committee meeting on Monday.
“After we have all details, and if it demands strict action, we will look into it,” BCCI interim president Jagmohan Dalmiya told reporters here. "Strict is a relative term, so let’s have the final details.”
Asked on Indian cricket captain M S Dhoni having a stake in a sports management company and consequent conflict of interest, Dalmiya said: “I have come to know of it via press. In the middle of Champions Leauge, we are not going to earn anything by disturbing things. We are not going to cover it up. Wait and see.”
He said the new probe committee would look into the spot-fixing charges. “I have decided it will be a two-member probe. We want justice to be done so no timeline has been fixed.”
