In the event of any crime, fire or medical emergency, the Control Panel located at each of the customers premise raises an alarm and automatically communicates over the existing telephone lines to the Central Monitoring Station. At the Central Monitoring Station, 24 hour guards receive the information and immediately take the necessary action that they are supposed to. On the Central Monitoring Station computer screen, the exact location of the premise where the crisis is occurring is thrown up. Besides this, also information such as who are the occupants of the premise, their blood groups, their personal doctors names, what are their relatives names and telephone numbers, all are automatically pulled up within a fraction of seconds. The operator in the beginning tries to establish, if the
alarm is false or genuine. Once the operator establishes that the alarm is genuine he or she in turn immediately takes the action, what he is supposed to.
