Indian OIl Corporation (IOC) has declared a second interim dividend of 40%. This dividend is in addition to the first interim dividend of 35% declared by the company in January 2000. This was decided at a meeting of IOC's board of directors held on 13 May. The outgo on account of the second interim dividend works out to Rs 311.47 crore and with this, the total dividend declared goes up to 75% of the total enhanced share capital of Rs 778.67 crore, the release said.
