The Kerala government has decided to appoint a pay revision committee for the state employees with former government secretary P M Abraham as its chairman and grant an interim relief of 10 per cent of the basic pay with effect from February 1, Chief Minister E K Nayanar said here yesterday after a meeting of the state cabinet.
