Max Life sets up customer helpdesk for Uttarakhand victims

Move made to expedite claim settlement process for everyone affected in the floods

Private life insurer Max Life Insurance has set up a dedicated customer Helpdesk for Simplified Claims Settlement Process for life claims arising out of floods in Northern Region of India.
 
This, the company said, will expedite claim settlement process for all the people affected by recent floods in Northern Region of India. Max Life said that the company will accept any evidence from Government / Designated District officials of the State Government or Hospital Authorities /Municipal Record showing 
death due to Floods in Northern Region of India. 
 
For claim intimation, the company said that claim intimation form or claimant statement with bank details, alongwith photo ID proof of nominee/beneficiary will be accepted.
