RPG Cables turned round in the first quarter of 1999-2000 posting a net profit of Rs 1.42 crore against a loss of Rs 9.73 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Income from operating increased by 98.52 per cent to Rs 72.72 crore against Rs 36.63.
