  • Rajasthan: Yet to meet for monsoon session
     
  • Nagaland (Naga Peoples Front): Monsoon session ended July 14
  • CONGRESS-RULED: 8
    • Himachal Pradesh: From Aug 22-27
       
    • Karnataka: Monsoon session ended on July 18
       
    • Uttarakhand: Yet to meet for monsoon session
       
    • Mizoram: Yet to meet for monsoon session
       
    • Meghalaya: Yet to meet for monsoon session
       
    • Manipur: Monsoon session later this month
       
    • Arunachal Pradesh: Yet to meet for monsoon session
       
    • Puducherry (UT with Assembly): to meet for its Budget session (after recent elections) later this month
