Software firm Modular Infotech has joined hands with TVS Electronics for marketing its software products in northern India.
In May, TVS Electronics picked up 33 per cent equity stake in Modular Infotech.
"Traditionally, TVS Electronics has been marketing hardware, but after having picked up a sizeable equity stake in our company, it will now market our software, too, through its existing marketing network. We have already started training the TVS Electronics dealers to sell our software products," said M N Cooper, director of Modular Infotech.
