The CBI has not filed a list of properties of the Union Carbide Corp of the US that have been attached in this country in the court of the chief judicial magistrate here, senior lawyer for Union Carbide of India Ltd (UCIL), Rajendra Singh, contended yesterday. Singh said that although the order attaching the UCC properties in India had been issued in April 1992, the CBI had not furnished a list of the properties to be attached to the court.
