This win by the RCB put them in the third position in the Points Table. Dinesh Karthik with 66* off 34 balls and Josh Hazlewood with figures of 3-28 in his four overs, were the star of the match for the Bangalore team as they defended 190 on a batting-friendly Wankhede wicket

Dinesh Karthik was adjudged Player of the Match for his brilliant 66 off just 34 balls which came at a juncture where the Bangaore-based RCB were struggling at 92-5 in the 12th over. He hit Mustafizur Rahman for 28 runs in the 18th over to change the momentum of the game and take his team to 189-5 in 20 overs after being 120-5 in 16 overs.
