Finally, Mumbai Indians broke the spell of loss and won their first game in IPL 2022 as they beat Rajasthan Royals by five wickets with four balls remaining at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. Suryakumar Yadav with his 51 and Tilak Varma with his 35 were the core nucleus of Mumbai's chase of 159. 

Earlier in the evening, Riley Meredith bowled a superb last over, giving away only three runs to restrict Rajasthan to 158/6 in their 20 overs. Jos Buttler scored yet another fifty for the men in Pink.

It seems that it might be not out, but there was no conclusive evidence to call it not out and hence, Pollard would have to walk back now 

 

Ball 2  Six!! Daniel Sams just takes one ball, a length ball at that and rams it over deep mid-wicket for a six and that would be the first win for Mumbai Indians and the record for most consecutive losses in a season still stays with Rising Pune Super Giants.
