U Mumba got off to a perfect start to their home leg in the ongoing sixth season of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) by brushing aside Jaipur Pink Panthers 48-24 in a completely one-sided affair
In the second match on Day 28 Bengal Warriors beat Telugu Titans 30-25 to register their second victory against the Hyderabad-based team in Vivo Pro Kabaddi League (PKL 2018) Season six. This match saw a new face become the star of the match for Bengal Warriors as Baldev Singh made 4 successful tackle to get 5 tackle points. Rahul Chaudhari’s 8 raid points couldn’t inspire Telugu Titans in defeating Bengal Warriors. Farhad Milaghardhan made 2 Super Tackles to have the defensive dominance for Telugu Titans. Surjeet Singh assisted Baldev Singh by getting 4 tackle points from 6 tackles. Bengal Warriors have now defeated Telugu Titans twice this season, both times by 30-25.

PKL 2018 highlights, Day 28, Match 2: Bengal Warriors vs Telugu Titans
Telugu Titans will be rearing with payback on their minds from their last encounter with Bengal while Bengal Warriors have had an average performance till now and would want to make their mark on the Titans again. Bengal started positively with Maninder Singh get a good hand touch on Farhad Milaghardhan in the first raid of the match. Baldev Singh being self out helped the Titans get the first points on board for them in the 2nd minute of the match. Jang Kun Lee got a bonus point in the 3rd minute to make it 3-1 but a great pursuit raid by Krushna Madane saw him ushered to the bench with the score becoming 3-2.
Deepak Hooda was the top contributor for Jaipur with six raid points. Ace raider and Jaipur's skipper Anup Kumar started with a bonus raid point as the visitors opened their account before Abhishek's successful tackle tied the match 1-1 in the opening two minutes. Some great tackles by Fazel and Abhishek's continuous raid points saw Mumbai taking a 4-2 lead before the hosts inflicted an All Out to extend their lead to 10-3. The Jaipur raiders and defenders kept on faltering, which the Mumbai side took full advantage of with their raiders picking points on every occasion. The hosts inflicted another All-Out to make the score read 19-4, even as they proceeded to the breather with a massive 26-8 lead.
The home side continued to dominate their opponents in the second half too as the Fazel-led side stretched their lead to 31-10. Jaipur managed to pick up some points in the last 10 minutes but it was too late for them as Mumbai, by that time took an unassailable 40-19 lead. The Anup-led side was able to bag just five points in the final moments of the game as their defenders failed to stop Mumbai's consecutive attack, resulting in an easy 48-24 win for the home side.
