, executive director of Cartoon Network Enterprises (India and South Asia), dreams of that one converged device which can be his phone, computer, a remote control for his electronic equipment, and also a navigator and digital music player, all in one. What are your favourite gadgets, the ones you cannot do without?

My N13 Nokia phone, coupled with my BlackBerry 8700 and the 40 GB iPod, help me survive the regular daily work ordeals that we all go through.

What is the next gadget on your must-buy list?

Even though I still cannot load maps on to my Garmin eTrex Vista handheld GPS navigator, I am fascinated by this device that can accurately direct a directionally challenged person like me. Another favourite is my Ion USB turntable that can be plugged into a USB port on a PC and allows me to convert my old vinyl collection directly to CD or MP3 with included recording software.

What dream gadget would you create?

One device which is a phone, computer, remote control for all electronic equipment, navigator and digital music player to house my music. That would be great.

If you were a gadget, what would you be?

Like millions out there, I would love to be an iPod "" one of the most sleek, stylish musical gadgets ever made.

Which one of your gadgets was a complete waste of money?

With technology's shelf life shrinking, a Palm organiser bought many years ago holds no relevance for me today.

Name one gadget you had fun with.

The PlayStation, which was loaned to me by a friend when I was unwell.

Do your gadgets help you unwind?

Thanks to my DVD player I am able to watch movies. With my iPod docker in the car, office and home, I am assured that my music moves with me.

Your most expensive gadgets to date.

My home PC which was bought years ago for a bomb and has been upgraded a million times and crashed two million times.
