This was announced by Kanwalinder Singh, chief technical officer, Lucent Technology, while delivering the keynote address at 'Synpase 2004' a technical festival organised at the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communications Technology (DA-IICT) at Gandhinagar. |

The three-day festival, jointly organised by DA-IICT and Reliance Infocomm, concluded on Sunday. Major corporates and students representing 200 premier institutions across the country participated in the festival along with the students attached to the Reliance Group established institution. |
