It intends to do research on IT companies, including ITeS, BPO, products and services companies. |
This would also include market research and consulting services for technology companies, including business strategies, multi-country new market opportunities, business sizing and forecasting, competitive assessment and product development and lifecycles among others. |
Even though ACNielsen conducts commissioned studies on IT sector in the country for big clients, this would be first time it is focusing on the Indian SMB sector. |
