Ericsson ConsumerLab has released the sixth edition of its annual ‘The 10 Hot Consumer Trends for 2017 and beyond’.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) took the lead with 35 per cent of advanced internet users wanting an AI advisor at work, and one in four saying they would like an AI as their manager – reveals the report.
