Aztecsoft Q2 net down 39%BS Reporter / Bangalore October 17, 2007Mid tier product engineering and testing company Aztecsoft witnessed a 39.5% dip in net profit at Rs 6.93 crore during Q2FY08 when compared to the corresponding quarter last financial year. The dip is attributed to the transfer of the Indian offshore development centre (ODC) to the US-based Dendrite Inc. The Dendrite ODC deal, based on build operate and transfer (BOT) model, came to Aztecsoft on November 18, 2003. When the Dendrite ODC was transferred in December 2006, it had achieved a size of 325 people contributing to more than 10 per cent to Aztecsoft
