Four Soft may take over US co

Four Soft Ltd, a Hyderabad-based provider of software solutions for the transportation and logistics industry, is exploring acquisition opportunities in Europe and the US, its CEO, Rajshekhar Roy said. “We are not looking at technology absorption. We are considering a couple of deals that would bring a certain amount of strengths to our table – complementing what we do, besides bringing in new customers and increasing our presence in the US and Europe. We expect to acquire one company, with revenues between $10 million (approximately Rs 49 crore) and $20 million (Rs 90 crore), by the end of this financial year,” he told Business Standard.
