France-based Arval, a BNP Paribas company, has selected Thiruvananthapuram-based SunTec Business Solutions’ TBMS-F product suite to bill its customers.
Arval specialises in operational leasing and in the management of multi-brand corporate vehicles and fuel cards and has operations across 39 countries. SunTec is a provider of relationship-based pricing and centralised billing solutions.
With the implementation of SunTec’s TBMS-F, Arval aims at recording added efficiency in its fleet management and corporate vehicles operational leasing activities, as well as to support new products and service packages introduction to increase customer satisfaction.
