Globsyn Technologies is planning a Rs 150 crore work habitat centre in partnership with leading real estate developers, Pradeep Sureka and Rahul Todi. |
The centre would be spread over six lakh square feet. The initiative was inaugurated today by state IT minister, Manabendra Mukherjee. Also present was IT secretary, G D Gautama. |

The project was conceived by Bikram Dasgupta, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO), Globsyn Technologies. |

Dasgupta said, Globsyn Crystals was conceptualised keeping in mind an environment where people enjoy working, where work become not only more productive but a seamless part of one' well being. |

The project was scheduled to be completed by October 2007. |

"Today there is a growing need to create an attrition free work habitat. Globsyn Crystals enmeshes high-tech architecture and environment with a learning centre and hot of life enriching services to create an ambience of life at work. This, we believe, would significantly reduce attrition rates for the industry" he said. |

Some of the features that Globsyn would have were a BPO Academy and a B-School. The institutes would be placed to take care of the hiring and training needs of the companies which would be located within the complex. |

For life after work hours, Globsyn Crystals would have a gymansium, the digital theatre, super market, club, dining facilities. Globsyn Crystals was being promoted by Globsyn Technologies in association with Intelligent Infrastructure. |

State IT secretary, G D Gautama said, 13.3 million square feet of space would be added for the industry over the next 24 months. |
