Hexaware Technologies has posted a 647% spurt in profit after tax at Rs 21.30 crore for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2004 as compared to Rs 2.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2003. Total Income has increased from Rs 49.55 crore in Q4-03 to Rs 84.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004.The company has posted a 44% rise in profit after tax at Rs 43.77 crore for the year ended December 31, 2004 as compared to Rs 30.37 crore for the year ended December 31, 2003 (FY-03). Total Income has increased 49% from Rs 180.50 crore in FY-03 to Rs 269.02 crore for the year ended December 31, 2004.The group has posted a 184% growth in consolidated profit after tax (including associate) of Rs 21.45 crore for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2004 as compared to Rs 7.54 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2003. Total Income has increased from Rs 106.52 crore in Q4-03 to Rs 159.84 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004.The group has reported a 94% surge in consolidated profit after tax (including associate) of Rs 63.73 crore for the year ended December 31, 2004 as compared to Rs 32.88 crore for the year ended December 31, 2003. Total Income has increased from Rs 354.63 crore in FY-03 to Rs 559.86 crore for the year ended December 31, 2004.The company has provided a strong guidance for the year 2005, with revenue of $170 million and a growth of 40% over 2004. The net profit has been upped to $25.2 million, a growth of 80%.
