| ATM look-a-like, kiosk will provide 24x7 customer service interface to the Hutch customers, who can now access the machine for basic services like bill payment and prepaid recharges by cash. |
| Kiosk also offer activation and deactivation of services for postpaid mobile users that include roaming, caller tunes and other services. |
| Sunil Sood, operations director of Hutch, Gujarat, said, "Initially we have launched these kiosk at 11 shops including four in Ahmedabad and two in each Rajkot, Vadodara and Surat." |
| On the basis of the customer feedback, later on, if needed, we will set up such kiosk in remote areas of the state," he added. |
| He further said these machines are also launched in other states. |
| "Kiosk are made by the in-house engineers of Hutch. Software as well as hardware has been designed by our in-house team based in Gujarat," said Sood. |
| He added that the Gujarat team has made the kiosk for the other states as well. |
| Talking about the services of kiosk, Sood said, "Anytime Kiosk is the first-of-its-kind, easy to use, touch screen devices and also speaks in regional languages." |
| These kiosk enable customers to view, access and activate mobile information at their convenience at any point of time. |
