Idea opens showroom in Lucknow

IDEA Cellular Ltd, a leading cellular operator, to make its access easy to the customers has launched two exclusive Idea showrooms in Lucknow.

The showrooms branded 'IDEA n U' were inaugurated by Subodh Srivastav, Circle Head, Idea (UP East).

'IDEA n U' are exclusive service showrooms that facilitates easy access of an array of service requirements like bill payments, feature information, dedicated customer care, recharge coupons, changes in tariff plans, value added services, new postpaid and prepaid connections, among other facilities to the customers. These are the first showrooms of the company in the UP East region.

Earlier, Idea launched its services in Uttar Pradesh East in November this year; under which it covered 100 towns and villages in the six zones of Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Jhansi.

Idea will also be covering three major national highways under the east circle. Before its launch here, the cellular operator was operating in UP (West) circle alone.
