The Infosys BPO-HVS global alliance will leverage HVS consulting expertise and market reach in the hospitality industry and the process outsourcing capabilities of Infosys BPO to develop and execute domain-specific and process centric solutions for companies in the global hospitality industry. |

According to an official of Infosys BPO, HVS will bring in the clients and Infosys BPO will execute the process outsourcing services based on a revenue sharing agreement. |

Tie-up with US universities |

IT major Infosys plans to tie up with leading universities in the US to upgrade the domain knowledge of its faculty at the Global Education Centre (GEC) in Mysore campus. |

Professors and doctoral students from US varsities like Cornell, MIT and Carnegie Mellon will be on a visit to Mysore for 45 days to train Infosys' GEC faculty on developments in various domains of IT. |

The intention is to make sure that all the employees, especially the technical staff, are updated on the developments. |
