Invensys' Indian development centre at Hyderabad has signed an agreement with Kenexa Technologies, a provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions. |
Invensys is a global automation, controls and process solutions company. The agreement is to implement RPM (recruitment process management), a process by which Kenexa becomes an extension of Invensys IDC HR department, a media statement said. |

Kenexa would implement the staffing process through the use of an applicant tracking system and various skill and behavioural predictability assessments tools such as 'Kenexa Selector' and 'Kenexa Proveit' to ensure the work process efficiencies at Invensys IDC. |

It is envisaged that the RPM process would help Invensys IDC to achieve repeatable results, measure and track effectiveness of assessment process and quality of recruitment towards greater accuracy in forecasting towards manpower planning. |

Using practices and strategies that can reduce critical factors such as time taken to hire and cost per hire, Kenexa works towards various work ratios, which increase efficiency in talent acquisition. |
