Micromax has stepped out of Android operating system. A little more than two months after Microsoft announced Micromax as one of its partners for Windows Phone, the largest home-grown handset maker on Monday announced launch of two devices priced at Rs 6,500 and Rs 9,500 that would run on Windows 8.1 and use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 1.2 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB ram.
Both the smartphones - Canvas Win W092 and Canvas Win W121 - will be available in retail store early next month. Both the handsets are dual SIM devices which is not very common in the Windows devices.

With Micromax Canvas Win, Windows Phone is now available to a whole new group of consumers in India, who are looking for innovation and value.
