The board of directors of MphasiS BFL, which met today, approved a proposal to support fully whatever action shareholders take with respect to the offer by EDS.According to a release issued by MphasiS to the BSE today, the board acknowledged that a partnership with a leading company like EDS will enable the company to broaden its offering to customers and also provide enhanced prospects to the employees.Jerry Rao, chairman and CEO of MphasiS, said: "We are supportive of this transaction and look forward to its successful closure.
