Chinese smartphone maker Asus has announced the launch of the ZenFone Selfie, a smartphone especially designed for clicking selfie photographs. It has a 13-megapixel cameras with LED flashes on both rear and front sides.
The LED flash and laser autofocus with the rear camera will work as a personal spotlight. The front camera has an LED flash but no laser technology.
The device has a 5.5-inch full HD display, and runs on Android 5.0 operating system, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 as processor, 2 GB and 4 GB options for RAM and an internal memory of 16 GB that can be expanded up to 64 GB through microSD.
The phone, launched in Taiwan on Wednesday, will be released globally later this year along with a swing, which is the shorter version of a selfie stick.
