You needn't fret the next time you are stranded at an offbeat holiday location, irrespective of what the problem is, and no matter where you are. ASAS Security Solutions Pvt Ltd, a New Delhi-based service provider has launched One Touch Emergency Response (OTER), a pan-India helpline that you can use to access the closest police station, hospital, petrol pump, or ambulance in as many as 65 cities in the country.

On calling the Emergency Assist Helpline, the subscriber receives on-call assistance for handling the situation, three-way conferencing and coordination with the local police, hospitals, fire stations, taxi services and other external agencies and coordination with emergency contacts.

The OTER Command & Control Centre will provide 24X7 quick response and coordination through a well-researched and verified database of third parties such as over 1,500 local police stations, nearly 1,000 hospitals and nursing homes and ambulance services, 600 taxi services and 350 fire stations. This key information is available with OTER for over 65 major metros including Amritsar, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai.
