Pathfinder Software Solutions (P) Limited, a Chennai-based software solutions company, is eyeing a turnover of Rs 125 crore this year, from Rs 75 crore last year. The company is also looking at expanding its base in the overseas markets. |
"We have been registering a year-on-year growth of 45 per cent. This year, we are targeting a growth of over 60 per cent leveraging the growing market for our solutions," M Ahmed Hussain, managing director of Pathfinder Software Solutions (P) Limited, told mediapersons. |

Pathfinder provides solutions like retail management, point of sale, barcode automation, mobile solutions on personal digital assistants (PDAs), enterprise solutions and web services. |

The company representatives were in Hyderabad to announce the launch of their retail product for the F&B segment "� XtreMe Hash House. Through this product, orders can be taken on a PDA and sent to the kitchen via a printer while simultaneously sending a copy to the cashier. |

"Considering the boom in the hospitality industry, we expect at least 100 clients for the product in this year, amounting to revenues of Rs 40 lakh,"Hussain said. |

Pathfinder employs 100 people in Chennai. It has presence in Sri Lanka, Qatar, the US and the UK. "We are looking at setting up a base in the Asian markets like Singapore and Malaysia. We also intend to establish our presence in Central London and Dubai," Hussain said. |

In India, the company has sales offices in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune, and will be expanding to Ahmedabad and Delhi this year. |

Meanwhile, the company is eyeing financial alliances with US-based companies to expand its footprint in the global market. Some of Pathfinder's partners include Zebra Technologies, Epson and Fujitsu. Hussain said that the company might go public in two years. |
