Precision Infomatic to foray into IT training, ERP

Precision Infomatic (M) Pvt Ltd, a player in computer products and warranty services business, has announced its plans to foray into new areas, namely IT training, ERP solutions and consulting and integration.

The company, which has completed a decade, is likely to invest about Rs 2 crore in developing infrastructure for these new business initiatives.

Addressing a press conference, V Murali, director, Precision Group, said Precision Infomatic was among the top 10 system integrators in India and the company's foray into new business areas was seen as a logical extension of its existing business proposition.

The gap between demand and supply in the job market has paved the way for new players to enter into the IT training market. Precision is planning to bridge the gap since it believes it has gathered experience in providing end-to-end IT solutions.

With regard to ERP solutions, Precision will focus on implementing MS Dynamics Navision for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as the company saw huge demand for such solutions in the SME segment.
