"We are mulling of setting up a a subsidiary for TomorrowNow in India, to help speeding-up of PeopleSoft and JD Edwards users move over to SAP platforms," SAP South Asia Managing Director Alan Sedghi told Business Standard. |

The location is likely to be near SAP's existing facility in Bangalore. |

SAP had acquired TomorrowNow in mid-January this year specifically as a `safe passage program' for (ERP) customers moving over to SAP, without the uncertainties arising out of Oracle Corporation's acquisition of other software companies. |

SAP delivers support and maintenance for the current versions of PeopleSoft and JD Edwards solutions, so that the user can plan a migration strategy. |

SAP also provides a license upgrade to mySAP ERP, an enterprise management solution, and offers user license for SAP NetWeaver platform, an application platform with proven JDE and PeopleSoft connectors. |
